Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment and general HR activities
• Provide professional HR services to internal customers
• Participate in HR related projects including staff planning, salary reviews, HRIS enhancement as well as performance management etc
• Assist in reviewing, implementing and upholding HR policies in line with the government regulations and the group's requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 6 years working experience in human resources recruitment
• Energetic, mature, self-motivated and independent
• Good communication and able to work well with people at all levels
• Well-versed of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Creative, and effective under stress
• Able to keep confidentiality in a professional manner
• Good language skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent computer skills
