Responsibilities 

• Responsible for personal, mortgage and other consumer loans application
• Conduct credit checking, and to verify customer information to ensure application is properly completed
• Make clear to loan applicants, the procedure, terms and conditions of the loan answer
• Prepare credit proposal and make recommendation for approval by manager
• Perform credit analysis, evaluation and loan approval recommends according to the established credit guidelines as well as assisting in day-to-day management of branch operation
• Assist in day-to-day management of branch operation
• Deliver high quality service to customers 

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related discipline
• Minimum 3 years loan business experience in financial industry
• Self motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn and take up a new responsibility
• Quick learner, strong adaptability, strong credit, financial analysis and communication skill
• Excellent negotiation and interpretation skill
• Ability to make quick credit decision
• Mortgage loan experience is an advantage
• Proficient in computer operation and knowledge in MS Excel & Access an added advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Credit & Loan Officer
