How does the Graduate Programme work?

Building upon the skills you learnt at university, you will undergo 10-12 weeks of industry relevant training, funded by FDM, in order to develop your knowledge and confidence to succeed as a Business Consultant. Once you have completed your training you will be placed on site with one of our high-profile clients as a Project Support Officer, Junior Project Manager or Business Analyst.

FDM’s unique combination of training and commercial experience places a key focus on fast-track career progression. The programme will put you on a path to progress into a multitude of roles including Project Management, Delivery Management, User Experience Testing, Data Migration.

 Essential Criteria:

•         Eligible to work in Hong Kong
•         Business, Finance, Information studies degree 
•         Educated to undergraduate degree level or higher
•         Determination to build a successful career in IT and finance
•         Excellent written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills
•         Proven ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
