Job Description

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
- 1-2 years IT technical support experience (on-site support)
- Responsible for on-site support - support the security solution on client's network infrastructure, perform daily security monitoring activities & system implementation & troubleshooting
- Familiar with TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN architecture & routing
- Experience in LINUX support & Network / Internet Security management as well as managing firewall appliances, VPN, IDS / IPS & network-related equipment
- Good command of English & Mandarin
- Salary: 14-15K
- Benefit: 5 days work, 13 months salary, bank holiday, 9-21 days annual leave, medical & MPF
