Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate the sales strategies to achieve Company goal
• Drive the Sales team to implement sales plans with an aim to maximum business return
• Manage the sales team to ensure the day-to-day operation efficiency
• Explore and establish new sales channels and markets
• Maintain strong network and good relationship with current customers
• Work with marketing team to build up sales and marketing plan

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Management or related discipline
• Min. 5 years sales experience in cosmetics / FMCG industry, in which 3 years at managerial level
• Experience in Beauty industry or luxury products is a definite advantage
• Good relationship with beauty spa or hair salon will be an advantage
• Excellent presentation skills and communications skills
• Strong leadership, dynamic and resourceful
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office

          Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
