Responsibilities:

• Liaise with tenants, contractors & professionals on co-ordination of E&M works for group property portfolio
• Maintain effective working relationships between tenants, internal departments and external vendors in all property management functions
• Assist in drafting/preparing E&M provisions for group property portfolio
• Supervision of external building manager, attending meetings and emergency case handling
• Handling complaints / inquiries from tenants
• Provide service supports to internal department

Requirements:

• Degree holder in facilities management, property management, building services, engineering or safety management, theatre studies or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, event management, building services, safety and security management and/or quality management
• Familiar with Building Management System (BMS), and have professional knowledge of Building Management Ordinace (BMO), Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on Auto-CAD
