Responsibilities

• Report to General Manager (Logistics Engineering Department) of all projects related to E&M and interior renovation on warehouse and office field.
• Liaise, collaborate and negotiate with clients, sub-contractors, quantity surveyor, internal relevant parties to ensure smooth project operation.
• Sourcing sub-contractor, vendors, and materials.
• Attend clients or project meetings and to coordinate with sub-contractor.
• Establish and monitor project schedules.
• Manage sub-contractors, fitting out works and renovation works with clients.
• Responsible for overall quality, site supervision, co-ordinate and monitor project status, material procurement, site progress, risk management control and budgetary control.
• Liaison with clients and handling of project’s claims.
• Provide guidance on interior renovation, planning, project management and project presentation.
• Supervise the preparation of specifications and interior renovation and documentation.
• Review and update the progress of the projects in accordance with projects requirements;

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in building studies / interior design / engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ experience in E&M and interior renovation on warehouse and office field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Solid experience in sub-contracting firm is an definitely advantage.
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
