職責：

• 協助總經理處理所有土地發展業務   
• 聯絡及協助法律顧問處理租務糾紛及收回物業
• 處理所有土地租務事宜，其中包括新租、續租、市場推廣、市場調查及租約管理
• 分析、估值及推行土地發展項目
• 協助處理規劃申請、補價估算及換地申請
• 監察測量及開發顧問

 要求：

• 5年土地物業工作經驗
• 土地測量或物業管理或法律系 高級文憑/文憑/副學士/學士
• 擁有物業及土地管理相關知識
• 要有誠信與高尚的職業道德
• 擁有駕駛執照優先

Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager in preparing full spectrum of land properties’ work
• Liaison with legal consultancies for lease enforcement and recovering possession
• Analyzing, valuation and implementing for land development project
• Assist in planning application, premium assessment and lease modification 
• Monitor for performance of surveying and development consultancies
• Handle all leasing activities of land properties including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administration.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in property field;
• Higher Diploma/ Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree in general land surveying/ property management/ law
• Knowledge in property and land management
• Integrity and high-level of ethics
• Holder of driving licence is an advantage
