• Responsible for planning, co-coordinating, implementing and reviewing all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects for a high-class residential estate
• Duties include drafting work specifications / tenders, conducting and supervising the work of contractors, preparing technical reports, etc
• Attend emergency calls and I.O.C meeting after normal working hours are necessary
• Holders of Higher Diploma/Certificate in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M) or related disciplines
• Holders of registered electrical worker license with class A0 or above
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
• Candidates with less experience / qualifications will be considered as ASSISTANT TECHNICAL OFFICER
