Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager in all business development and business related activities
• Provide full range of executive and administrative support to General Manager
• Handle daily correspondences, reports, translation, emails and other documents, including business proposal and presentation independently and professionally in a tight schedule
• Prepare documents and liaise with investors and other business parties
• Analyze business and prepare management report
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external business parties
• Manage ad-hoc tasks and assist in all special projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Finance or related disciplines
• At least three years relevant experience in secretarial and administrative support to senior management
• Excellent command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Attentive to detail, well organized, highly proactive with the ability to work independently
• High proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Occasional travel to the PRC/Overseas is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
