Job Role:

• Responsible for supervising the work of contractors and coordinating site activities with designers, consultants, contractors and in-house project team in delivering positive outcomes for our client.
  
  

Job Duties:

• Monitor site progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• Approve and ensure that the protection is correctly installed and maintained
• Assure quality of output meets design requirements.
• Compile and maintain reports (i.e. daily inspection, non-compliance etc) and site records.
• Obtaining Permits to Work and attending site toolbox talks
• Manage samples and drawings submissions. Track and ensure quality of materials procured, delivered and installed within the agreed scope of works.
• Assist project team in the follow up of work progress 

Job Requirements:

• High Certificate / Diploma in Building Studies or relevant discipline preferred
• Proven relevant working experiences in small house construction, preferably gained from fitting out works for residential buildings and knowledgeable in building services aspects
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• With Driving license preferred

Salary and benefits:

• Starting from HK$23,000.00 per month base on the experience
• 5.5 working days with alternative Saturday
• Subsidies and compensation
• Works at Kam Tin, Pat Heung, N.T.
