Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality reception service to both internal and external parties
- Handle guests and customers in a professional manner
- Handle telephone calls with good customer service
- Refer enquiries to related departments efficiently and effectively
- Provide administrative and clerical support when needed
- Project good corporate image when delivering the reception services
Requirements:
- Post-secondary or above
- Minimum 3 years' related working experience
- Presentable, independent, mature and customer-oriented
- Excellent language ability
- Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability preferred
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in written & spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) & English, and be competent in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
