The successful applicant will provide general administrative support to the Facility team and deal with a wide range of procurement functions that cope with the school’s development project. Major tasks include sourcing suppliers, getting quotations and following up on delivery and invoicing of all facility purchases and external contractor procurement works. The position is temporary until 31 December 2016.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Building / Property Management / Interior Design or similar position
• Fluent English and Cantonese speaker with sound written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate and timely written documentation
• Proven computer skills (office software, e-mail, Internet), with digital archiving systems experience being an advantage
• Detail-minded and well-organised
• A team player, used to working in a busy, multicultural office environment
