Our client is a leading international office fit-out contractor and are looking for a self motivated individual who can lead a team and have the ambition to eventually run the HK office.

• Degree, Diploma, Certificate in QS or Building Studies
• Min 10 yrs experience in commercial management/estimating/cost control
• Experience in budgeting, tendering, estimating and cost control
• Manage and review contractors. Sub-contractors, suppliers quotations
• Invoices & payments, reports financial cost, cash flow projections
• Preparation of final accounts
• Experience in commercial/office fit-out projects or A&A works
• Good verbal and written communication skills
