Responsibilities:

• Liaise, meet, coordinate work with client, contractors and design team
• Work closely with our clients to meet their specific needs
• Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely
• Develop new project opportunities to boost sales figures
• Assist on the management of planning, design, budgeting and project administration of design /  production projects / events to meet changing project needs and requirements
• Assist on project tender, sourcing supplier, negotiate pricing & cost control
• Facilitate in monitoring, controlling and anticipate problems in projects, including outdoor for quality & site inspection
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience with track record on mixed project, experience in advertising agency/design/production company will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge and experience in output, production & project management
• Strong planning, positive, self-driven, responsible, attentive to details and willing to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive
• 5 days work
