-    Handle incoming calls and messages

-    Attend to visitor enquiries

-    Administer the booking of conference and training/meeting rooms and registry of attendance

-   Administer the attendance record

-    Handle other administrative and ad hoc duties

Requirement:

 -    Candidate must be Form 7 or above

-    Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential

-    Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in MNC

-    Mature, independent and flexible

-    Well-versed in MS Office applications

-   HKCEE Grade D or above in English (Syl B)
