Job Responsibilities:

- Provide PC / MAC / Notebook / Mobile / Printer hardware maintenance services
- Report and follow up the problem status until problem has been solved
- Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their inquiries
- Handle & Troubleshoot customer technical enquiries

Job Requirement:

- F.5 or above
- 0-5 year experience with PC / MAC / Printer hardware and software maintenance service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
