Duties:

-        Administration and support of IT infrastructure;

-        Provide technical support for PC hardware and software applications to internal users, first level problem solving and escalation;

-        Install / maintain / troubleshoot servers, web server and network equipment;

-        Outdoor working is required.

Requirements:

-        Higher Diploma or above in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines;

-        Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in IT end-user support and PC LAN support;

-        Troubleshooting skills in PC hardware, Windows OS and standard MS Applications;

-        Experience on Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008 would be an advantage;

-        Experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, Ajax, MySQL, Tomcat and Linux platform would be an advantage;

-        Holder of Microsoft MCSE/MCP or CCNA is an advantage.
