The Job:

• To carry out installation and maintenance work for PABX / IPT and associated adjunct systems
• To carry out on site acceptance test for “win-back” system, remote diagnostic test for the service requests reported by customers and patrol service according to customer designed schedule
• To conduct traffic measurement and preventive maintenance
• To provide technical advice, user training and on-site support to customers
• To perform shift and Emergency Call Out (ECO) duty

The Person:

• Diploma/ Higher Certificate holder in Electronic, Communication, Computer Engineering or related disciplines with 2 years working experience in PABX / IPT system installation or maintenance
• Familiar with testing, installation and maintenance of voice communication systems, like PABX, voicemail and associated adjunct systems
• Good knowledge in LAN/WAN, Router/Switch, Linux and Window OS, PC and Microsoft Office applications as well as basic AC and DC power feeding
• Experience in Avaya/Nortel/Alcatel/NEC PABX system and possession of relevant vendor certificates such as CCNA, etc will be an advantage
• Independent, strong problem solving skill, self motivated, good customer services and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Holder of Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
