Responsibilities:

• Lead and review production process, operations and workflow, and documenting procedures for all aspects of manufacturing process and equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & vendors to troubleshoot and improve existing production process issue
• Initiate proposal and drive for production process and quality improvement through process automation and methods
• Provide professional advice in production engineering and production process
• Responsible for ensuring that the production process is staying on budget per the company setting on financial and production-related goals for the plant to drive overall productivity and efficiency
• Have good knowledge of the technology and industry trend in relation to Production, Manufacturing and Automation Process in the manufacturing industry will have advantage
• Perform all ad hoc assignment by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in manufacturing for consumer electronics products
• Able to work independently with vendor/factory and team members
• Systematic, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in production engineering and automation development
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin; Cantonese helpful
• Self-motivated and will to learn
• Station in Shenzhen
