Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare service documents and service report to clients;
- Support maintenance team for daily incident analysis and on-site support;
- Liaise with product manufacturers to order and process spare parts to facilitate repairs;
- Organise logistics for return of faulty items to manufacturers;
- Test, diagnose and repair common faults down to PCB level;
- Assisting and providing technical support to Sales Department
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years' working experience of repairing in electronic devices;
- Experience in audio equipment related is preferred;
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and Visio is an advantage;
- Enthusiastic, independent and strong problem solving skills;
- Good interpersonal and presentation skill;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Excellent soldering and re-work skills;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Service Engineer
