Main tasks:

• Installation of instrument (Life Science) and provide technical services to customers ;
• Troubleshoot among a wide range of technical problems and issues of instruments, determine technical solution and repair with the quickest speed ;
• Handles product-related problems with customers as required, may test products to resolve customer problems ;
• Responsible for basic operation training on client premises ;

Qualifications / Requirement:

• Diploma holder with major in Engineering or related subjects.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience. Experienced in Large Biotech corporation is welcome. Patience is a plus.
• Energetic, analytical minds, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.  
• Open and direct to recommend good ideas to management on continuous upgrade and improvement of Service Organization.
• Able and willing to learn new technology and new skill.
• Good Command of Chinese/Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel.
