Job Responsibilities:

-          Perform professional repairing work on mobile devices

-          Conduct troubleshooting and identify solutions

-          CS duties within the store

-          Promote and sales of mobile accessories and services

-          Actively motivate, coach and mentor junior team members

Job Requirements:

-          Form 5 or above

-          At least 3 years of device-repairing experience

-          People with CS experience is highly preferable

-          Knowledge in IOS and Android platform

-          Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-          Applicants with less experience will be considered as junior mobile device technician

• 負責管理店舖的日常營運
• 帶領及激勵銷售團隊達成銷售目標

• 中五程度
• 具備3年或以上維修流動通訊產品的經驗
• 對電話手機組件、結構感興趣，懂電腦操作
• 具客戶服務經驗者優先
• 能操流利廣東話, 英文及懂普通話
• 經驗較少的應徵者將被視作申請初級手機維修技術員職位

• 每月8天例假
