• Possess knowledge of a range of engineering activities, tools and equipment. These include but are not limited to HVAC, electrical, fire services, plumbing and drainage, water supply, BMS, UPS and lighting control system
• Supervise installations, repairs, renovations and maintenance works. Ensure high-quality maintenance works and work orders are carried out on schedule and in accordance with procedures
• Execute work orders in coordination with other departments according to schedule
• Conduct daily inspections of all buildings, plants and facilities and execute corrective action if needed
• Implement and monitor quality control mechanisms for Engineering, including health and safety, repairs and maintenance, service standards, use of chemicals and tools, equipment maintenance and handling
• Handle emergencies such as fire alarms and power failures as well as special situations such as typhoons
• Minimum 3 years of Engineering experience
• Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Stationed in Macau
