• Execute work orders in coordination with other departments according to schedule
• Possess knowledge of a range of engineering activities, tools and equipment. These include but are not limited to HVAC, electrical, fire services, plumbing and drainage, water supply, BMS, UPS and lighting control system
• Set up emergency procedures and guidelines
• Test and correct any deviation from repair and maintenance procedures through on the job training
• Arrange and monitor installations, repairs, renovations and maintenance works
• Conduct daily inspections of all buildings, plants and facilities and execute corrective action if needed
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience with 3 years as a supervisor
• Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Stationed in Macau
