Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process to ensure products are produced on time and with quality comply to requirements
• Plan, implement and control production schedule
• Ensure planned efficiency and quality are met or exceeded
• Analysis and review production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Accountable for the implementation of Total Productivity Maintenance
• Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Propose and execute best practice and Lean initiative to improve productivity and quality on a continuous basis
• Develop and manage production budgets
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments to achieve the common goals
• Perform all ad hoc assignment by management

Requirements:        

• Degree holder in Manufacturing, Production & Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid experience in production engineering field with 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably in home appliance industry
• Strong foundation of industrial engineering and with proven track record in manufacturing operation and quality assurance
• Good people management skills
• Skill of use statistic for process control and improvement measures
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing of Production Process Improvement
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as written and spoken English
