To provide full-range of travel arrangement and consultancy services on leisure travel to corporate clients and handle itinerary planning and enquiries independently.

• Completion of secondary education or above, preferable with Certificate in Travel and Tourism
• Over 10 years’ related experience of which at least 5 years in serving corporate clients in business and / or leisure travel; experience in serving VIP will be an advantage
• Sound product, destinations and fare knowledge, as well as hands-on reservation and ticketing skills (Abacus, Galileo) with good PC literacy
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably Putonghua)
• Result- oriented and with solid customer service skills
• Candidates of good calibre but less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Travel Consultant
