Job duties:

• Provide sales and customer services in the following areas
•    Local tours
•    Macau/ China tours
•    Ticketing /Hotel reservations
•    China Visa
•    Other ad-hoc requests
• Develop excellent customer service skills through constant interaction with tourists from different area
• Develop excellent communication skills in different languages (English and Mandarin)
• Build up a strong network of relationship and future development opportunities within the travel trade and hotel industry

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Reasonable command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Energetic and pleasant reception manner
• Shift duty is required, relevant experience in tourism or hotel industry is an advantage
• No experience or fresh graduate will be considered 
• Guarantee monthly salary during probation period
• After probation: basic salary + bonus + commission
