Responsibilities: 

• Maintain ISO 22000 & HACCP in food factory
• Handle and follow up consumer complaint
• Ensure all retail outlet and food factory to comply with Quality Management System
• Write up SOP for shops and factory
• Support on-site audit & BOM setting

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in Food Industry
• Detail-minded, able to work under independently ,good problem solving and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, good in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
