Job Duties:

• Manage receiving, distribution, safe keeping / returning goods and materials according to purchasing orders properly authorized by relevant Officers
• Ensure timeliness, quality and quantity of all goods and materials purchased and in storage according to the operational and corporate standard.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of receiving, distribution, returning and contents in storage.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for the refill of stock according to predefined items and stock level.
• Perform ad hoc and periodical physical stock take in warehouse and other operational units with complete and accurate records
• Produce stock test and subsequent reports according to functional and management requirement.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• F.6 or above with good attitude for learning
• Minimum of 2 year experience in F&B field is preferred
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to lifting, bending, standing, or walking on a consistent basis
• Must have basic knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Appropriate candidate should be service-oriented and a good team player
• Must be able to work under pressure and to structure work systematically
• Good communication skills is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
