About the company

Our client is a western restaurant with different branches situated in busy central districts, loved by a large international community and numerous enthusiast local customers. Upon expansion, they are now looking for a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage restaurant operations and staff. 

Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant including hall, kitchen and drink bar
• Lead and supervise the team to deliver high quality of customer service and operation efficiency
• Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
• Manage inventory level and conduct stocktake regularly
• Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and forecast of the store for management review
• Implement branding and marketing promotions

• Restaurant management experience in western dining is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
