A concept brand《Fullhouse World》having four cartoon theme characters is expanding in Hong Kong, China and Asian Country, which consists of restaurants, wedding element, retails, beauty makeup, photography, banquets and events services etc.

To cope with our rapidly growth and expansion plan, we are now looking for talents to fill the following position:

Server 服務員 (侍應)/Hostress 接待員

Responsibilities: 職責

• Serve the customers with a professional and courteous manner
  提供專業和禮貌的服務態度予顧客
• Take orders from customers and ensuring the orders are to be given to the appropriate customers
  為顧客點菜及確保送予至客戶
• Ensure all requests and complaints from guests are handled appropriately
  妥善處理客人的所有要求和投訴得到
• Handle booking and requests with proper telephone manners
  使用良好的電話接待技巧處理客人的預約及查詢
   

Requirements: 要求：

• Good communication skill with excellent customer service
  優質客戶服務及溝通技巧
• An enthusiastic attitude for hospitality industry
  對酒店業有熱情的態度
• Passionate and willing to learn
  熱情，願意學習
