Demi Chef 

Responsibility:

• To assist the Head Chef  for the  Kitchen operations
• Maintain high standard of food quality and well food preparation
• Ensure the hygiene and safety standard in kitchen

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in catering & hospitality industry, with at least 2 years experience in Managerial level
• Good knowledge and experience in cooking Western cuisines
• Good communication skill with good working attitude
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Chef de Partie

Demi Chef -Pastry

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dessert and cake menu planning and development
• Assist in the daily management and operation of the Pastry team in the Kitchen
• Provide appropriate training and guidance for the Pastry team
• Monitor the hygiene situation of the kitchen and provide food quality control
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in catering & hospitality industry, with at least 2 years experience in Managerial level
• Good Pastry Knowledge
• Strong sense in creativity and innovative ideas
• Pleasant personality, well-organized with good interpersonal and management skills, service oriented, independent as well as a team work player
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Chef de Partie- Pastry
