Job Details & Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience, experience working in France
• French Sous Chef to head our HK restaurant
• Excellent command of spoken English and French, fluency in French is a must
• Experience in Michelin star restaurants is a plus
• You must be strict with the quality of food coming out of the kitchen and manage food cost & stock levels
• You will work closely with Head Chef in Paris and execute his vision with the aid of your kitchen team
• Confident and outgoing to socialize with guests
• Train kitchen staff and floor staff regularly
