Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the robatayaki section and ensure guests receive excellent robatayaki on time.
- Leading, motivating and coaching the robatayaki team to exceed guests’ expectations
- Create monthly and seasonal menus in cooperation with the Executive Chef
- Produce high quality robatayaki dishes to fulfil customers’ orders
- Establish and monitor robatayaki quality goals
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a robatayaki chef in a five-star Japanese fine-dining restaurant
- Excellent product knowledge of Japanese cuisine; have accurate knife skills and excellent cooking abilities
- Stationed in Macau
