Responsibilities:
- Instruct, supervise and coordinate kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Achieve excellence for food production by training and coaching team members for continuous product standard and enhancement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurant including staff training, budget control and daily administration.
- Manage operation and provide training for franchise restaurants to ensure the branding and taste of Seorae food.
- Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus.
- Ensure hygiene standards are kept at all times.
Requirements:
- Background of professional qualifications
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar position in upscale Korean restaurant
- Solid knowledge in Korean cuisine
- Strong knowledge in menu planning, food cost control and food safety standard
- Well management skill with excellent leadership, communications skills and training skills
- Good command of English and Korean, Chinese an advantage
