• High school diploma / degree graduated
• With at least 1 relevant working experience in hospitality industry
• Courteous, pleasant personality and customer-oriented
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Job Responsibilities:

• Escort VIPS & guests to assigned table
• Take reservation, present menus and up-sell premium food and beverage and take orders for customers  
• Assist in handling guests’ enquiries, advices and complaints
