The job holder is to coordinate projects and invole in operational assignments in Airline Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all on-site assignments
• Maintain the project progress and update on-site schedule for data collection to ensure all projects are on track
• Involve in operational workflow to cope with various projects requirement
• Attend regular project team meetings and liaise with other colleagues from different department
• Prepare meeting minutes and presentation materials.
• Take follow-up actions and keep tracking on the improvement status.
• Maintain the internal quality KPI system, perform data analysis & prepare audit documents
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Shift duty may be required as per operational needs

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• 3 years or above experiences and with knowledge in process flow & project management are absolute advantages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
