Responsibilities: 

• Perform ERP and POS implementation
• Handle system testing, problem identification and bug fixing
• Collect user requirements
• Develop user reports using reporting tools
• Provide daily support to end users
• Responsible for system documentation and user training 

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum two years of ERP and POS support experience
• Familiar with RDBMS (Sybase, MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc)
• Experience in ASP, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, Javascript preferred
• Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
