Responsibilities:

• To provide end-user supports on hardware and software
• To provide helpdesk support on all hardware, software, software installation, user training, system upgrade and troubleshooting
• Handle the IT Project and CCTV System for end user
• Assist in installation and maintenance of the project hardware and software;

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• MCP / MCSE preferred;
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience, 2 years in supervisory level will be consider as Senior Technical Support Officer;
• Knowledge in Project Management preferred;
• Work closely and effectively with users in Site Environment;
• Teamwork, customer-service minded and willing to work under pressure.
