Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Analyze and document Business Requirements from users 
• Prepare project testing estimation and coordination, requirements gathering and clarification, scope control and test execution monitoring.
• Plan and monitor functional testing for UAT execution
• Plan and conduct Deployment verification test and Post-implementation verification test
• Define transition process from project team to application support team.
• Provide training to Business Analysts and Operation users
• Performs regular reporting, client communication & management and day to day operational management of this project.
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related areas
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in end-to-end Quality Assurance & Testing
• Solid experience of system testing best practices and methodologies, and working with offshore delivery team
• Practical experience in manual end-user testing of front-end applications would be favorable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders
• Preferably for those with experience in the Insurance sector and with experience in sizable web application
• High interest and abreast to the latest technology trend 
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an additional advantage)
