Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provision of full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
- Identify the needs of staff development and execute the training plans
- Formulate, review and enhance the human resources policies
- Manage the administration of different offices to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness
- To assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 year relevant experience, in which 3 years in supervisory level. With exposure in arts and culture or social service sector will be an advantage.
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer literacy
