Responsibilities:

• Provision of full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
• Identify the needs of staff development and execute the training plans
• Formulate, review and enhance the human resources policies
• Manage the administration of different offices to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness
• To assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 year relevant experience, in which 3 years in supervisory level.  With exposure in arts and culture or social service sector will be an advantage.
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer literacy
