Job Description
Market leading financial technology group is now seeking for an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as technical client relationship manager for it’s enterprise customers across APAC region. In this role, you will provide proactive support and guidance to clients/ cultivate high value relationships with clients as you seek to tailor support for client’s trading environment needs.
Requirements:
- Own technical relationships with clients and business partners
- Solid application support/ client facing experience within a financial environment
- Unix/ shell / SQL / Knowledge of java
- Ideally with FIX protocol knowledge
- Manage day to day technical app support operation
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Good communications in English and Cantonese / Mandarin with strong attention to detail
