Business Intelligence professionals develop solutions that collect, analyze and report internal and external data to generate knowledge and value for the organization at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. They apply skills in data integration, analysis, warehousing and mining.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Shaping and leading programs that translate process application and/or integration shortfalls into transformation programs/projects
• Articulating application and integration strategy and thought leadership for business solutions
• Envisioning new and innovative approaches and predicting probable business outcomes
• Establishing total cost of ownership metrics for actual impacts of application implementation
• Influencing client direction based on application design and architecture
• Defining solution architecture
• Shaping and leading large-scale application design and architecture activities
• Establishing acceptance of designs with client executives
• Translating and conveying impact of process and system changes to bottom line
• Shaping and leading large scale application build, test, and deploy activities
• Assessing and managing risk and issues throughout all aspects of the application implementation
• Cultivating client relationships and driving revenue acquisition

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in BI implementation / BI Analytics
• Solid experience in leading a team to develop SQL program on Oracle platform 
• Knowledge in Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Models, and Data Mapping
• Experience on SAS / Teradata
• Experience on working with offshore development team and multi-cultural environment is an advantage
• Understanding of principles of the software development lifecycle
• Desire to work in an information systems environment with strong client facing skill
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good time management skills
