• Good experience in Administration, designing and implementation  of Enterprise class backup/recovery environment (NetBackup) for various environments with complete set of integration modules for MS-SQL, MS-Exchange, Oracle, SAP, DB2 etc, vmware , VADP ..
• Experience in Up gradation of complete backup environment along with latest patches and firmware .
• Provide support and Implement of Tape Libraries, Disk Libraries, Virtual tape libraries ( Data domain)
• Analyze and design the  backup environment and customized solutions as per the customers requirement
• Good Understanding of industry standard enterprise class backup methodologies and technologies
• Experience in Configuring Media ,Master Servers and storage node.
• Good understanding of different OS and their file systems, i.e. AIX, HPUX, Solaris, windows etc.
• Backup migration for database backups from different location/Regions and refresh activity with various databases.
• Implementation of LAN free/SAN based backups. Scripting and Automation of Major and Complex Tasks.
• Performance tuning and optimization for Netbackup infrastructure
• Possess good understanding on deduplication, level of backup like synthetic backup and data sizing and tape out for vaulting
• Experience In managing Complex backup policies and   scheduling maintenance that includes Backup/restoration (DR) and replication ,  Managing Internal Database of Netbackup
• Managing & Troubleshooting Netbackup failures , Tape Library and Data Domain 
• License Management, media management with good understanding of  backup retention policies.
