• Minimum 9 years’ experience in the IT industry out of which 4 years in Project management & Business change management.
• Knowledge of Insurance domain
• Good Client Interaction and setting right expectation to balance the Oraganisation and customer
• Must have a successful delivery track record of medium/large sized infrastructure projects, managed from inception to completion (full lifecycle experience).
• Should be able to achieve results through effective team leadership, planning, controlling and formally reviewing IT projects, which may involve managing multiple projects through to delivery.
• Should be familiar with a range of analysis, modelling and design methods and have good current knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, applications and trends.
• Should have a sound understanding of the costs of IT (project and “lifetime”) and the ability to cost operational IT services.
• Capable to document and provide roadmaps/design documents as required
• Able to present ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences
• Should have an understanding of the interdependencies of business processes and information systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle
• Strong analytical Skills
• Strong risk identification and risk management skill
• Excellent time management
• Excellent organizational Skills
• Experience working with Microsoft office products
• Ability to collaborate well in a (Global/remote) team environment, sensitive to client’s needs.
• Should hold or are working towards a relevant PM qualification, i.e. PMP, IPMA, Prince2
• ITIL Certification is must
