Responsibilities:

• Perform system, servers, networks, security equipment administration and maintenance.
• Monitoring of IT System health status,  network performance and security control
• Perform IT help desk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
• Perform security logs review, security settings and apply the security patches to all security equipment
• Perform administration duty on all network related systems (routers, firewalls, switches, security gateways, servers running monitoring systems)
• Prepare technical specification, evaluation and implementation for new or upgrade projects
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors on regular IT audits

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in IT, Computing Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years solid experience on Windows Servers, IIS, Active Directory Administration and support
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, MS Exchange/Outlook, IBM Domino/Notes,
• Hands-on experience in Virtualized Server Environment
• Solid understanding on network setup and troubleshooting
• solid experience in TCP/IP networking skill-set including switching, routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VoIP/IP Telephony, network security and LAN/WAN technology
• Holder of CCNA, Network+, MCSA will be an advantage
• Willing to work under pressure for supporting mission critical system
• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT System Support Trainee.
