Duties:

• Working in Customer Solution Center to provide technical break-fix support for Hong Kong customers

• Troubleshooting, installation of hardware and software

• Support local desktop/user 

• Require to standby (take turn)

Requirements:

• 2-3  years’ experience troubleshooting and problem resolution on Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft exchange and Active Directory is a must

• 4 years’ or above experience will be considered as Senior Microsoft Support Engineer

• Experience in performance analysis, patch analysis, tuning and troubleshooting of Microsoft including knowledge of Microsoft Cluster

• Holding Microsoft certifications and VMware Certified Professional certification is preferred

• Experience with installation and configuration on VMWare vSphere related infrastructure is preferred
