Responsibilities

• Perform system and network support on LAN/WAN including administration, configuration, patching, upgrades, deployment and troubleshooting

• Participate in performance monitoring and system health check

• Assist in ad-hoc IT projects for continual improvement

• Support project management activities and work with department coordinators on issue tracking in working with external vendors

• Supervise the IT team to manage all the LAN, WAN, Email, Security & Desktop related operations.

   

Requirement

• Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent

• 8 years experience on computer & networking support with 3 years in management

• Solid experience on networking product Cisco IOS, Juniper, Wi-Fi, VLAN network equipment, configuration and administration.

• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge in MS Windows, AD, DNS & DHCP, Exchange, VMWare, Network Security tools, Switch & Router, Firewall will be advantages

• Certificate holders of MCSE, CCNA or CCNP is preferred

• Self-motivated and be able to work independently under high pressure

• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
