Job Description

Job Roles

  • Provide first line helpdesk support to customers or end users.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Supervise the helpdesk team and ensure the daily operation is executed in line with company’s guideline and standard.  
  • Follow up and follow through assigned tasks and reports.
  • Setup and execute operational guideline.   

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Science / Information Systems or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 year experience in Helpdesk or related field, with at least 2 years in supervisor level.
  • Good knowledge in Windows NT administration, PC hardware, software installation and basic troubleshooting skills are highly preferred.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Shift duty is required. Operation runs from 8:00 to 22:00
